Two locations are written here. From left to right,
Guangdong Kaiping Baoyuan Fang
廣東 開平 寶源坊

Sanxia (Three Gorges), China
三峽
中國

Village database indicates Baoyuan Fang village in Kaiping city is a Chin/Chan/Chen 陳 surname village. It's coordinates are 22.3705, 112.6775, searchable in Google maps Satellite view. It's identified as Baoyuan 宝源 in Changsha District 长沙区 in Kaiping City.

Hi Arthur,

Welcome to our Forum.

"Hoi Ping" is a Cantonese romanization - Kaiping is the Pinyin romanization - they are the same - they can represent either a city or a county.

To locate your the tomb of your great grandparents is to have a person contact the village chief of your ancestral village and to ask him to find out where it is located - hopefully, you still have relatives in the village that know where it is. I have a nephew that lives in Taishan, about a half an hour away from Kaiping, and he can probably do this for you.

Please contact me directly for additional details: "Tomclan@Gmail.com"

But for the tombstone someone took me to Jinshan Park where there are some graves but all of them have no marking to tell who it belongs to. Is these common during those period.
