Surname « Thread Started on Jul 27, 2007, 11:59am »
This is not genealogy related per say. Came across this real estate sign in Chinatown the other day. The surname, in my experience, is out of the ordinary, 向. Last year met somebody with an equally uncommon surname, Lao (老).
When I checked in at the Cathay Pacific counter in Hong Kong International Airport last December, the lady who served me had an uncommon surname too, 倫. Live and learn.
