Looks like water ( shui ), but it isn't with the "stroke " on top. Can someone tell me. Thanks !

Oh, right ! Now I remember. There was a chinese market in Oakland's chinatown called Wing Chang. Our store was Wo Lee ! Thanks again.

I wonder why the author didn't use the chinese character(s) for philosophy in front of book ? Oh, thanks for giving the cantonese sound of the "wing " I looked up " forever " in dictionary and there it was !

Guess I answered my own question. With the person character in back of book, it's about the immortals, eternal life. Great title !
