Hello everyone. One of my great nephews I met in China has sent a recent message to another of my great nephews i MET IN Hong Kong. It was posted to him on the family tree I created on Geni. Can someone PLEASE translate this for me. I tried translators but it didn't make any sense to me. From what I gather it did not sound good. So I would really appreciate it if someone could help
harc3, we haven't heard from you literally for years. It is a note written in colloquial Cantonese. I can't make sense of the first phrase, something about inviting Ah Chiu to comment. Then there is a Kau 求哥 ( the husband?) fellow who hasn't been home for three days, his mother is not well. Ah Tung 阿东 split his head in school and needed stitches, Wah 华仔 has the 'flu, and needed to see a doctor in Canton. the factory is busy, plenty of work to attend to. Can't find him (?) and he wouldn't take phone calls. Didn't tell anyone at home what he was up to. Once he arrives home, he gets violent and starts hitting his wife, father and son(s). 华仔 Wah was bleeding in the head. I am very tired, I can't carry on. Do you know where he is? If he didn't want anything to do with home and family, he must come back to sort it out, and shoulder a man's responsibility. Can't just shove it to the oldies and woman. He brought the child(ren) to the world but did nothing to support or educate him (them.) He is having affairs and saying unsavoury things about me. My heart hurts more than his physical assault on me....if you received my message, please ask him to return home and sort out the mess.
Obviously, it is a messy domestic. That's best I can do. I hope it makes sense to you.
