RIP to Dr. Bobby Fong, former president of Butler University and Collegeville of Pennsylvania, who died Monday, Sept. 8, 2014. He was born in Oakland, California to Chinese immigrants.
He considered divinity school before accepting a full scholarship to Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude. I only heard of Butler University very recently. I guess you are not likely to find radical student activism in a very conservative community-based university.

Their basketball team played in the national Championship game twice, losing to Duke in 2010 and losing to Connecticut in 2011. Not bad, the second best college team in the USA two times.
