Hello, Ah Wong Sing was my G, Grandfather, My Grandfather was Charles Henry Boyne Ah Sing who married Robina Georgia Leverett. I would be very interested in any information that you may have regarding this family. I too believe Ellen Boyne was married to Antonio Leopold, they had 2 children, Joseph, and Mary Ann, I have 14 children for Ellen and William Ah Sing. i do know that Margaret who married Charles Thomas Taylor is buried in Geelong in 1968. and also, Uncle John in 1942. My Grandfather Charles Ah Sing seems to be buried in Ballarat New Cemetery with his Father and a brother James who died age 4.. Grandmother Robina is buried in Geelong West along with her mother Robina, and infant son Leslie Sing. This is just to inroduce myself as family in the hope that we may be able to help each olther better. Cheers all Irene

polly44,
Please help us to help you by posting the Chinese characters for the name of "Ah Wong Sing" and for the name of the village he originated from in China.
The Chinese characters may be found in family and immigration documents and possibly from a clear photo of his gravestone if it has any Chinese characters inscribed on it.
Henry
PS - Sorry, I did not see your earlier post. Do you have any information in Chinese regarding Ah Wong Sing ? Passenger ship lists any Chinese Huang/Wong clan association near where he live - might have some records.
