Lynne, I'm not best qualified to answer your query since I'm unfamiliar with the cultural aspects of Hong Kong. Nonetheless, check out this general link for the culture that Hong Kong offers: www.explore-hongkong.com/484/Culture.html From the discussion on "Dance", it appears that the Hong Kong Dance Company, the City Contemporary Dance Company, and Hong Kong Ballet are notable, and one may offer the Chinese dance show venue that you may be looking for. Hopefully, whatever specific shows that will be showcased will be to your liking when you are Hong Kong. You can check out the Hong Kong Dance Company website at: prod1.e1.com.hk/hkdance/en/home.html Also, check out the City Contemporary Dance Company website at: www.ccdc.com.hk/e_index.html Finally, check out the Hong Kong Ballet at: www.hkballet.com/eng/index.htmlGood luck, Raymond

Lynne,
I'm glad you're finding something you can use from the information I've referred you to. The LYM - Seafood Dinner Sunset Cruise should be a fun and interesting tour for you. I've been to Temple Street - - if you love shopping and haggling over prices, you'll love Temple Street which opens in the evenings. And you can pick up many interesting things inexpensively.
Cheers, Raymond

Hi Lynne
I have to Hk many times. You can take the Express Train from the HK airport as well. It goes to Kowloon and HK Island as well. You just have to tak a short cab ride to your hotel from the train station in HK side. The ride cost about $90.00 HK$ to Kowloon So to Hk it may be a little more $. You should check it out at the airport area before leaving the airport. It is a great train ride as well, easy to get on and off the train. There are people to help you on and off as well. Good luck and enjoy HK.

Lynne Yes, the Temple St or Nite Market as it is also called is located in the JORDAN area of Kowloon. It opens at around 8-9 pm at nite only. But there is the JADE Market as well to see or the Bird St or Flower St in the Jordan or Yau Ma Tai area as well. These 2 are close to each other. Bird St has all kinds of birds in small cages that the people show off and walk around the neighborhood. Flower St is a St that has all kinds of flowers lined up for buying and seeing the different kinds of flowers they have to offer. These 2 places you can do on your own, you don't need a tour guide to take and pay for. they are just streets in Kowloon area. You must go and see the Giant Buddha in Lantau Island, it is a site to behold and cherish. Again you can go on your own if your willing and courageous. It's not dangerous but far from HK/Kowloon. A train and bus can get you there. Or a boat and bus will also do the trick. Have fun in HK. HH
