Can anyone help me with the translation of this picture, is very old and damaged. But I was wondering if anyone has an idea of what it could say.

Hi:
The Chinese characters say that it is a photo of a store called "Mr. Leong," and that it is a gift of someone with the surname Mak and the personal name Luen, dated May 1939. There may be a day recorded as well, but the photo is cut off on the right side.
Apparently, "Mr. Leong" (or you could say "Mr. Leong's") is the Chinese name for the candy store mentioned in the Spanish inscription, "La Dulceria de R. Leon Hnos." ("Candy Store of the R. Leon Brothers"). I'm guessing the three Chinese men in the photo are the Leong brothers who own the store.
Leon seems to be the surname that the Leong family used in this Spanish-speaking country.
Note that I have used Cantonese pronunciation for all the names, as this is most likely a family of Cantonese origin.
