@ Helen.... my grandparents are in Queensland.... Oh my father told me, whenever his other grandfather came to visit him in Aussie... he would take him to Chinatown and his grandfather would spend hours there playing Mahjong and he just enjoying being around his countrymen. By the way, both my great grandfathers were best friends who left China and ended up in the same town in Fiji. One left a year before the other did. Here is a photo of my two great grandfather. Left is Lui Kum Zoing and right is Lee Wai Chung. I appreciate all your help. Oh by the way.... I am pretty sure the village I am looking for is the one you guys have helped me find.

lachinatown, the two village are adjacent to each other. It is not as uncommon as you think. DJ Doug 周's village for example hosts three family names, and have three separate ancestral halls. It is something I learned over recent travels. There is plenty to look at in more minute details. I'll keep coming back.
The first two and forth photos are from the group from Australia since I lost my camera and card. The third one is about three years old. Nothing changed.
I have to go through my USB stick to find the third photo. There is also a more modest plinth marking Heng mei village from earlier times; I am still looking for the shot for posting here.

Stand corrected, my NJStar Chinese WP failed me. One new dictionary only show the character 恒. So a reduction of equivalent variants is considered as simplified.
Yes, one learns something everyday.
Thanks douglaslam for the information. I left our village a long time ago.

That link that was given earlier, showed "Louie" as one of the surnames from that village. Would "Lui" be another way "Louie" is written? Would it be the same surname, but spelled differently? Like changed over time?

Yes, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lei_%28surname%29"雷 is also romanized as Lui in Hokkien and Teochew, and Loi in Cantonese; Louie or Louis in Taishanese; Lūi in Gan. It is rendered as Lôi in Vietnamese; Roe (뢰) or Noe (뇌) in Korean; and Rai in Japanese."

pacificteine, the answer is yes, assuming the said village is your ancestral place. It is very well known and on a major road. I go by public transport and the bus stop is at the gateway. You'd have no trouble finding it. I've been to it many times.
There is also a very big restaurant, I mean big, near to it. You can celebrate your visit there one day. 南海漁村 , is the the restaurant, our friend tyuti1668 can give us more information on it .
