My PC was bought from Hong Kong. Naturally, Chinese capability was built in. No mystery at all.

您好 (Oh wow, I am testing out the google translate stuff on here.... Thanks for the help on it. Unfortunately, even attempting to draw the Chinese characters, man it was hard... I guess you really need to take a class to know which lines to trace first and all. Some sort of tutorial or something.
謝謝你的幫助。 Xièxiè nǐ de bāngzhù. (Thank you for your help). By the way, is this Cantonese or Mandarin?

Mandarin, the official language of China.
You're welcome. - 唔使客氣 or M̀h'sái haak-hei (in our Cantonese).

Differences for "Thank you" in common usage --
Mandarin: 謝謝 Xièxiè [Thanks Thanks]
Cantonese: 多謝 Do1Ze6 (DuoXie in Mandarin pronunciation) [Thanks very much] or 唔該 M4goi1 (Wú gāi Mandarin pronunciation) [Thank you for a service or assistance]
Youtube is helpful for you to learn some Cantonese.
No, google translate doesn't do Cantonese. Some dictionary provide both. Google search can lead you to others.
