Hello. My great-grandfather’s Teochew family Sim (沈) originated from Huamei Village, Chao’an District, Guangdong Province

I know that there is a Sim Family Clan from Huamei Village. But I can’t find any further information here in Indonesia
Is there any Sim Huamei associations that I can be in touch with? Any information or genealogy about Sim Family in Huamei is welcomed

Hi Andy,

My family has a family tree that includes 121 generations of 沈 Sim. My ancestors are Teochew and from the Swatow/Chaozhou area. My father and grandfather, were born in the Swatow area. It was my great-grandfather, Kai Pang (沈聲科公)
who brought the his family along with four younger brothers back to Swatow from Singapore. It was my great-great grandfather 沈正已公 who migrated from Swatow to Singapore; all of his children were born in Singapore. I too am looking for more extended relatives. God bless, Troy Sim.
