There are various papers which can now be loaded from the recent Chinese Conference held in Auckland New Zealand. The papers on the 2009 presentations are international in nature, authors came from Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Canada, Hong Kong, and other countries. Papers from New Zealand included research papers from the New Zealand Universities. A full set is still to come as not all authors have them ready for downloading. Those that can be downloaded are interesting and worth looking at as there is a wide range of topics covered. www.goingbananas.org.nz/papers_2009.php

Yes Helen, the atmosphere and the opportunity to mingle with researchers and authors was unbelievable. Henry's presence, with his bounty of wisdom and knowledge, would have added to any conference. This conference has indeed spawned into a real international giant, the lack of US participation, where the first Gold Mountain was named, was sadly lacking.
I heartily second Helen's observation that Henry should be at the next conference she could put your name into the growing list of prominent researcher who can share their experience with the increasingly interested younger generation of overseas born Chinese.
