Chinese Settlers, away from the Big Smoke

In my State of New South Wales, Chinese settlements were very prominent not just in the major population centres, but throughout country towns large and small. This is a little gem I found online which I want to share with you. The little townships of Tweed and Murwillumbah are well-known to me; they are in the far north coast near the Queensland border. I love stories of the old times.

The one about the herbalist is particularly interesting. Traditional herbalists are not quacks or witch doctors. I have my faith in them, I have my faith in our collective wisdom over thousands of years.
