Where in Guangzhou might this have been?

My family had a house in Guangzhou which has probably now been torn down and the area redeveloped. From the property deed the address can be translated as Guang Zhou Shi, Long Dao Wei Lu, Long Dao Xin Jie, Shi Hao, People’s Republic of China. Google Maps does not seem to be able to locate this. Here is a scan of the deed. Any lead is much appreciated.
