Help with genealogy of notable great-grandfather

Hi! I was wondering if I could get some help tracing the genealogy of my great-grandfather, Li Huan (李寰), who was notable enough in life to now have a Chinese Wikipedia page.

He is my mom's mom's father. Sadly, I can't read Chinese, and my grandmother has passed. If anyone can point me to some translatable resources about his life, (or if anyone knows anything about him beyond what's on the Wiki), that would be great! Thank you.

Li Huan (1896-1989), a native of Anle Township , Wanxian County ,Sichuan Province. 6-year-old into a private school, in 1912 admitted to the county middle school, in 1916, graduated first in his A-level, next spring the Republic of China, Beijing University, and joined the Chinese Revolutionary Party , then was admitted to Beijing University Foundation. During the May Fourth Movement , he was monitored by the military and police of the Beiyang government . After graduating from the Department of Political Science at Peking University, I wanted to study in the UK, but I stopped suffering from a sudden lung disease. In 1924, Li Huan returned to Wan to recuperate, and suddenly became the head of Wanxian County Middle School under theprovincial order . Wanxian all walks of life should be elected the same year, was drafted Beijing interim government message, in accordance with the request of the British Arising from Commercial Navigation Treaty open the ports of Wanxian County commercial port after the establishment of supervision of the Office, Lee County atlas as a consultant and chief commercial port and the Secretary for Education, Manpower Wan County, urban and rural culture and education. He presided over the creation of cultural and educational facilities such as county public libraries, girls' middle schools, popular libraries, and many municipal elementary schools. When Yang Senconcurrently served as the General Office of the Commercial Port Bureau, he served as the incumbent and actively encouraged and assisted Yang Sen to carry out municipal construction. After the Commercial Port Bureau was changed to the municipal government, he served as the secretary-general of the municipal government. In 1928, Yang Sen was defeated and left Wanxian, and Li Huan abandoned his post. In April 1929, Li Huan went to Japan to inspect the municipal education and acquired a number of out-of-print ancient books in China . In the autumn of the same year, Yang Sen was appointed as the Major General Director of the Office of the Twentieth Army in Nanjing .In 1941, he was appointed as a member of the Mongolian and Tibetan Committee by the Nationalist Government. He devoted himself to the study of Xinjiang issues. His books "Xinjiang Studies" and "The Collection of Xinjiang Poetry and Essays" were published. In 1945, Li Huan followed Yang Sen as Secretary-General of the Guizhou Provincial Government. In 1948, Yang Sen was transferred to the mayor of Chongqing, and Li Huan was appointed as the mayor of Chongqing.Secretary-General of the Government. During this period, he served as a National Congress representative and rescued Communist Party membersXiang Xiesheng , Cheng Zhengyi , Xiang Yunmianand others. [1]

In December 1949, Li Huan flew to Taiwan by plane . In his later years, he wrote "The Interpretation of Confucianism "and" Wanxian Literature Existence "and other books. He died in Taiwan in March 1989 at the age of 93. [2 ]
