Phillip D Moy had a shop in DC, moved to Chicago

I am looking for info on my great granduncle, Phillip D Moy, who was born in China (Taishan, I think) in 1858. He had a large shop in the old Chinatown of Washington, DC, and married Ida Carter in 1896, producing daughter, Grace E, in 1898.

By the 1910 census, the family had moved to Chicago. Ida died of Influenza in 1918. Grace E married and moved to California, acting briefly in silent films.

I am mostly curious what became of Uncle Phil. We have no info about his later life. I am also interested in identifying his birth village.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
