Ancestry.com just added a new database of San Francisco passenger listings. Right now, they have listings from 1890-1912, and will be adding 1913-1916. This is one of the few things on ancestry.com that would be of interest to Chinese researchers.
To search this database requires a subscription. For those who are interested but without a subscription they can take advantage of Ancestry.com's frequent free subscription trial offers.
One of our membes with a full subscription has offered to help those who don't want to be trobled with the trial subscription. Please sent me a PM or email with your request and I'll pass it along.

If you find a family member on the passenger list, you can email Mr. William Greene at NARA- Pacific Region( San Francisco) and he will find the case file for your relative and will make copies of the file @ fifty cents per page. You will need to include the vital statistics for your family member, name of ship, and a time frame that one may have entered the US. He was able to locate files for my great -grandparents and their family. He also located the family business' file.
His information is as follows: E-mail : william.greene@nara.gov Bill Greene Archives Specialist NARA-Pacific Region (San Francisco) Archival Operation Staff (NRHSA) 1000 Commodore Drive San Bruno, CA 94066-2350 Telephone: 650-238-3482 Fax: 650-238-3510
