Looking for 鄭. Ancestor immigrated to Samoa from China 1930s

Hi there,
We are looking for any information regarding my husbands grandfather 鄭 歡 who arrived in Samoa in 1934. Many online records don't seem to capture information of those who ended up in Samoa. We believe he was born in 1905 as he was 29 upon arrival in Samoa. He passed away on 11 September 1974 in Upolu, Samoa.
At the time he arrived in Samoa, Immigration translated his name incorrectly and we now go the last name Chan Foung. The locals gave him the first name of Umi. So his romanized name of Zhèng, Huān was changed to Chan Foung, Umi.
We believe he had a sibling (brother?), who immigrated to maybe Canada or America or somewhere, however, we do not know his name and therefore the relatives attached to him.
His registration card has the following information (which we have used google to translate)
廣東 恩平 Native Province: Guǎngdōng ēn píng
鄭 歡 Zhèng Huān (Could also be Cheng?)
横 江 頭 Place of birth: Hengjiangtou
We are wanting to understand more of where he is from, and therefore, our lineage.
Would love to find our Ancestral Village, Ancestral Temple, Relatives, Zupu, etc....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
