Hi all, Trying to locate relatives of a ?George Lee - Port Antonio, Jamaica.
He is the brother of a Thomas Lee (Lee Fa Ngm) b.1983 who is buried in ko Po Tsuen, Fanling, Hong Kong d.1972.
They travelled to Jamaica in the 1920s and set up many successful businesses.
I have made contact with the decendants of Thomas but they have no information on George.
Does anyone know more about this family or their link to China.
Thanks

高莆村 <Not Fanling exactly . It's 軍地(Kwan Tei)> in North District, NT, HK is a Hakka "李" village. No outsider allowed in village's burial ground as usual... So Thomas 99.99...% ARE from there... You need saviour knows this Lee family rooted from that area to help...

Thank you. What is "saviour"?
Is there a way we can access the village? We have pictures of Thomas' tomb stone and DNA but not sure they will be interested in that.

If your photos of the tombstone have Chinese characters inscribed on it - please post it here so we can try to help you.

Thank you, Unfortunately the quality of the image is very poor and I am unable to get a copy of the original or any clearer. I'm hoping there's just something recognisable.

Professor Lau www.hakkastudies.org/about-us may had the right contacts. In his youtube channel, Someone did found long lost classmate...
